These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in New York County, New York, and will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator. You and TinyReview both waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
